Sign In & Set Up Your Account
Register, sign in, and complete your initial account setup.
This article walks you through registering, signing in, and setting up your Respeak account.
Register
To start using Respeak, you first need to create an account.
Open the registration page
Open the Respeak sign-in page and click Register.
Enter your email and password
Enter your email address and choose a password. Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field - both entries must match.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one special character (e.g. !, @, #, %).

Complete registration
Click Register. You will receive a confirmation email with a 6-digit code.
Verify Your Email
Check your inbox
Check your inbox - and your spam folder, just in case.
Enter the code
Click Validate your email and enter the 6-digit code from the email. Then click Confirm code.
If you did not receive a code, click Resend code to request a new one.
Sign In
If you already have an account, simply enter your email address and password, then click Login.
If your organization has Single Sign-On (SSO) set up, you can also sign in with Google or Microsoft. You will find the corresponding buttons below the login form.
Forgot Your Password?
Request a reset
On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?, enter your email address, and click Reset password.
Set a new password
If an account exists for that email, you will receive an email with a link. Follow the link, enter a new password, and confirm it.
First-Time Setup (Onboarding)
When you sign in for the first time, Respeak walks you through three short setup steps.
Name and language
Enter your First Name and Last Name, and choose your Preferred Language (German or English). All fields are optional and can be changed later in your account settings. Click Continue or Skip.
Name your workspace
Enter a Workspace Name (at least 3 characters). The workspace is the shared space where you and your team create and manage experts. You can always change this later in workspace settings. Click Continue.
Quick Tour (optional)
Respeak offers you a short guided tour that takes about 3-5 minutes. It shows you how to create an expert, add knowledge sources, ask questions, and invite team members. Click Start Quick Tour to begin, or Skip Tour if you prefer to explore on your own.
