Deleting Your Account
What gets deleted and how the confirmation flow works.
If you no longer need Respeak, you can delete your account from the bottom of the Settings page, under Delete account.
Deleting your account is irreversible. There is no undo and no way to recover anything afterwards.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently and irreversibly removed:
Your account and all settings.
All dialogs you have created.
All data you have collected.
All templates you have created.
Any dialogs you created and shared with other users are deleted too, along with all of their collected data.
Before you confirm, Respeak shows you the full list of dialogs that will be deleted, so you can see exactly what's affected.
The confirmation flow
Because this can't be undone, deletion takes a few deliberate steps.
Read the warnings
Click Delete account. Respeak shows the warnings explaining what will be lost and listing every dialog that will be deleted. Read them carefully.
Confirm you understand
Tick the checkbox I have read the warning and want to delete my account.
Enter your password
Type your password in Enter password to prove it's really you.
Delete permanently
Click Delete account permanently. Your account and everything tied to it are removed immediately.
Want to step back to a different dialog or run before deleting anything? You can return to the rest of your account from the Settings page at any time before you confirm.
