Create Your First Dialog

Start a new dialog and understand the path through the five modules.

A dialog is the conversational experience your participants take part in — a sequence of questions the bot asks, with the ability to react, follow up, and branch based on what people say. Let's create one.

1

Start a new dialog

From your dashboard, click New dialog. You can start from scratch or pick one of the available templates as a head start.

2

Name your dialog

Give it a clear name (for example "Customer Feedback Q3"). You can change this later in the dialog's Settings.

3

Open the configurator

Your new dialog opens in the Edit module — the configurator. This is where you'll add questions, design the look, and arrange the flow.

What happens next

From here, building a dialog follows the five modules in order. You don't have to do everything at once, but this is the typical path:

  1. Edit — add your question blocks, adjust the settings and design, and shape the flow.

  2. Train — if your dialog asks open questions, teach the bot how to react to free-text answers.

  3. Test — try it yourself to make sure it behaves the way you expect.

  4. Share — publish it and send the link, a QR code, or embed it as a widget.

  5. Analyse — once responses come in, explore the results.

💡

You don't need a perfect dialog before sharing. Start small, publish, see how people respond in the Analyse module, and refine as you go.
