Individual Responses

Use the Single view to read one participant's full conversation.

Sometimes the numbers raise a question that only a single conversation can answer. The Single view tab lets you step into one participant's experience and read their dialog exactly as it unfolded.

Choosing a participant

Pick a participant to load their results. If no one has taken the dialog yet, Respeak prompts you to wait until a participant has completed it before a summary can be shown.

The dialog summary

Once a participant is selected, the Dialog summary gives you their key facts at a glance:

  • Answered — how many questions they responded to.

  • Finished — whether they reached the end of the dialog.

  • NPS — their Net Promoter Score answer, if your dialog asked for one.

  • Duration — how long their dialog took.

The dialog view

Below the summary, the Dialog view replays the whole conversation turn by turn — every question the bot asked and every answer the participant gave, in order. This is the best way to see how free-text answers and any ChatGPT conversations actually played out, in context rather than as aggregated numbers.

💡

Reading a few individual dialogs is a great sanity check after you launch. It quickly reveals confusing wording or a question that participants keep misreading — long before the summary metrics would.

Removing a single participant

If you need to remove one person's responses — a test run, for example — use Delete single dialog while that participant is selected.

⚠

Delete single dialog permanently removes that participant's conversation and answers. It cannot be undone. To clear every participant at once instead, use Reset data on the analysis dashboard.
