View & Export Results

Browse the results table, review details, and export data.

After processing, your results are available directly in Respeak. You can browse them in the table, review individual details, and export everything as a file.

The Results Table

The results table appears automatically as soon as the first documents have been processed. It contains the file name of each processed document (hover over long names to see the full name), the processing status, the categories assigned by the AI shown as colored chips (for categorization workflows), and the extracted fields with the values the AI found for each defined column (for extraction workflows).

The table can be sorted and paginated. When you have many results, you can adjust the number of entries per page (10, 25, or 50).

Results Summary

For workflows that include categorization, a Results Summary appears above the table. It shows how many documents were assigned to each category - for example "Invoice: 45" or "Application: 12". This gives you a quick overview of how your documents are distributed.

Workflow History

Respeak stores all workflow runs in a Workflow History. To find it:

1

Open the history

Open Workflows from the main menu and click Workflow History.

2

Select a run

The overview shows a table with all previous runs. Each row displays the workflow name, execution time, number of files, status, duration, and source (Dashboard, Email, or API). Click View Details to see the full results of a run.

Execution Details

In the detail view you will find the execution information (status, time, duration, and number of files at a glance), the workflow settings that were used (categories and extraction columns), and the complete results table with all categories and extracted data. From here you can also download the results as a CSV file.

CSV Export

You can download the results as a CSV file at any time, so you can continue working with them in Excel, Google Sheets, or other applications.

1

Start the export

Click Download CSV in the top right corner of the results table.

2

Use the file

The file downloads automatically. It contains all columns from the results table: file name, status, and all categories and extracted fields. You can open the file directly in any spreadsheet application.

CSV export is available both right after processing and later through the Workflow History.
