Adding Media

Use images, audio, and video inside bot messages and blocks.

The Media tab is your dialog's media library. Here you upload the images, audio, and video you want the bot to use inside your dialog, so they are ready to drop into your bot messages and blocks.

How it fits together

A dialog often feels more engaging when the bot can share more than text — a photo to set the scene, a voice message, or a short video clip. Uploading those files once in Media keeps them in one place and available wherever you build.

Open the Media tab

In the Edit module, select Media from the left navigation.

Upload your files

Add the images, audio, and video you plan to use in this dialog.

Use them in your blocks

Reference your uploaded media from a bot message or block so participants see and hear it during the conversation.

If the bot sends a voice message or video, you can shape how it reacts when a participant answers before listening or watching it fully — see the Advanced settings in Dialog Settings.
